Face2Name is a childcare transition-verification mobile app that helps childcare centers keep an accurate and accountable record of where every child is throughout the day.

Every arrival, room-to-room move, and dismissal is captured as a verified transition and recorded along with the teacher that executed it. Each dismissal logs who picked the child up. Directors get the operational visibility they need to run a compliant center. They can easily filter transition data by teacher, room, date, etc. and print detailed reports.

• Live room occupancy and ratio monitoring. See who is in each room in real time, with configurable staff-to-child ratios based on the age of the youngest child in the room.
• Verified transition audit trail. Every arrival, room move, dismissal and roll call is logged with the responsible teacher, providing the core accountability record directors need for licensing inspections and incident investigations.
• Role-based access. Flexible permission settings ensure each staff member can only access the data and features they need.
• Reporting. Printable summary of arrivals, dismissals,and every room transition for each child.
• Classroom Mode. A fast sign-in process on shared classroom devices, using a 4-digit PIN code.
